Simplicity Tiny Homes is a subsidiary of Carberry Designer Homes which is a family owned custom home building business based in Moffat Beach Industrial Estate on the Sunshine Coast. Due to the rising pressure of housing in QLD Simplicity Tiny Homes is offering an affordable solution for accomodation. We also build Outdoor Living Spaces which have a multitude of uses such as Yoga Rooms, Gyms, Movie Rooms, Reading Rooms and Home Offices.

At Simplicity Tiny Homes, we make the process of building your dream home as easy as possible. Our process includes preconstruction design, design and construction estimate, on-site consultations, and finishing touches. We work closely with you to ensure that every detail is perfect and that your tiny home is exactly what you envisioned.

Construction
Our Tiny Homes and Outdoor Living Spaces are built on engineered and fully compliant trailers with a VIN which give the perfect foundation for your Tiny Home. A fully waterproof and insulated (R1.4) single sheet sub-floor is then fixed to the trailer and the Truecore Steel frames are bolted down through the subfloor and the trailer base.
From foundation to completion Simplicity Tiny Homes use the best quality materials available which is why we are confident to give you a 7 year build warranty when you purchase from us.
The Finishing Touches
All our Tiny Homes and Outdoor Living Spaces are customisable. The finishing touches are what make your tiny home unique. We work with you to choose your external cladding profiles and colours. You can then select flooring, wall and cabinetry colours along with handles, shower and tapware and the tiles of any tiled areas can also be selected by yourself. These selections truly make your home look and feel perfect!
